Dr. Kristine Alcroft is the Area Director for Burlington County in New Jersey.

Kristine Davison Allcroft earned her PhD from the Fielding Graduate Institute’s Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Health Psychology. Her dissertation research investigated remarkable recovery and long-term remission from advanced colon cancer.

In addition, Kristine is a student of the East West School of Herbology. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Religious Studies and her Master of Arts Degree in Psychology. She is a Certified Nurses Aid and holds a Black Belt in Tung Soo Do Karate.

Kristine maintains a private practice as a Holistic Healthcare practitioner and a Reiki Master Practitioner-Trainer.

Tai is an Area Director for the Counties in and around the Lehigh Valley Area in Pennsylvania. Tai graduated from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Tai was an Officer in the United States Navy. He traveled to over 20 countries with the Navy. He has lived in Asia, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Tai participated in Operations Joint Guardian, Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom. He now serves as the Chief Information Officer of Significa Corporation.

Tony Kanak is the Area Director for Bucks and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania. He has held the positions of Membership Committee Member, Educational Coordinator, Vice President and President of BNI of Flourtown. He completed his Bachelor of Science Degree from Drexel University in 1990. He has traveled through the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico as a Corporate Trainer on IBM based software. He managed and developed a training team in Wilmington DE that conducted international training for DuPont, Astra Zeneca, and W.L. Gore. Tony is certified to teach over 50 computer training courses. He began selling computer training in 1997 and has been successful for the past 10 years. Tony has been a featured guest speaker on Sales and Marketing Topics for the past 5 years including, "Why Do I Need a Contact Manager When I Have All of These Great Post-it-Notes?", "Organizing Your Electronic Life", and "Protecting Your Children Online". Tony is married and has two sons and a daughter. He lives in Upper Moreland, PA.

David Kauffman is an Area Director for Chester County, Pennsylvania. He owns and operates Cruise Planners, a travel agency specializing in cruises, all-inclusive vacations, and fund-raising for non-profit organizations. Previously, he owned several businesses, including Kauffman Construction, a general contacting firm, Jor-Dan Electric, an electrical contracting business, and Secured Monitoring System, an alarm company. David is a member of several Chambers of Commerce, networking groups, and community organizations. He has been a BNI member for many years, holding the positions of Educational Coordinator, President, Vice President, and the membership committee. He is married, has four children, and resides in Havertown, Pennsylvania.

Ava is the Area Director for Atlantic and Cape May Counties, and Eastern Cumberland County in New Jersey.

Ava is from Brooklyn, NY. She attended Penn State University on a fine arts scholarship. She continued her studies in stage productions in New York City for several years. Ava also has a strong background in retail management and radio broadcasting and advertising. She is currently a regional manager for Tupperware.

Jim is the Area Director for Philadelphia County in Pennsylvania. Over the past 2 years, he has taken on roles of Membership Committee Member as well as President of the Jenkintown Chapter. He is a member of various Chambers in the area as well as the President of the Independence Toastmasters Chapter. There are a number of local community boards that he is either currently a member or served as an officer of. Professionally, he has owned and operated his own transportation company, JET Lines Inc., as well as LTD inc., a large full service warehouse, and currently MSC Warehouse, a smaller order fulfillment center in conjunction with MSC Specialties, a Promotional Products company with the ability to provide promotions and distribute them nationwide. MSC is an ASI Certified promotions company. He resides in Oreland, PA with his wife Sue.

Henry McQueen is the Area Director for Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York counties in Pennsylvania.

He ownes and operates an Entrepreneur’s Source franchise. Henry specializes in coaching individuals that are exploring self-employment as a career alternative, and he holds an MBA from Drexel University.

Ezio is the Area Director for the Counties in and around the Lehigh Valley Area in Pennsylvania. He studied Film Directing at New York University. Ezio speaks Italian and French fluently, and is conversive in Spanish. Ezio enjoys Scuba Diving, Whitewater Rafting, and Traveling. He is a full partner in two businesses in the Lehigh Valley Area; the "Digital Zone" and "Significa Corporation".

Kari Schneider is the Area Director for Camden County and Ocean County in New Jersey.

Kari has been a BNI member since 2002. She has served as chapter President, Vice President, and Educational Coordinator. She also served as the Ambassador for Camden and Burlington Counties prior to being appointed as an Area Director.

Erin Wienner is the Area Director for the entire state of Delaware.

Erin is a member of the BNI, Middletown I Chapter. She has served in the positions of Membership Committee and Secretary/Treasurer and is the former Ambassador for New Castle County, Delaware. Erin is actively involved with many facets of BNI.

Erin graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Columbia College; and was in the process of working on her Masters Degree in Computer Science when she moved to Delaware from Illinois in 1996. She has held positions in Senior Level Management, Computer Hardware/Software Testing and Implementation, Compensation Analysis and Human Resources. Erin is a scuba diver and loves to travel. She loves to quilt and embroider and spend time with family and friends. Erin is married to her best friend Marc, and has one son David, and lives in North Wilmington, DE.

Susan is the Area Director for Delaware County in Pennsylvania. She has been actively involved BNI for over 10 years. She has held the positions of Membership Committee Member, Vice President and President of BNI of Media. After simultaneously working many years as an Administrative Assistant for a cogeneration company and part time in sales for a cosmetic firm, she discovered her true talents were in Sales. She moved full time into sales about 12 years ago as an Account Executive for a Printing and Promotional Product company in the Delaware Valley area. Currently, Sue is employed by WorkflowOne out of Norfolk VA, an advertising specialties company, with her office being located in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Phil Gascoyne is the Ambassador for Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York counties in Pennsylvania. Mark Newell is an Ambasador for the Camden Counties in New Jersey. Newell launched his business, NewellThinking, at the same time he joined the Moorestown, NJ chapter as a founding member, and has served terms as President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Educational Coordinator. NewellThinking provides Business Coaching and Marketing Consulting. Mark has never needed any other marketing or advertising to fill his practice with clients.

Jackie Yeager is an Ambassador for Atlantic and Cape May Counties, and Eastern Cumberland County in New Jersey.

Jackie is the Director of Sales for Applied Media Inc. The is a one of a kind advertising company. Applied Media will advertise your business in the elevators of parking garages thoughout the greater Philadelphia area.

Jackie is a mother of one son, age 19, and married to her husband Gary for 14 years. She has lived in Cape May County for 16 years.
