Ambassadors should plan to arrive at 11AM, as the first 2-hours of training will be for Area Directors and Senior Staff only.

The Leadership Team and Educational Coordinator need to attend the entire training.
The Membership Committee needs to attend only the first three hours, but are welcome to stay for the entire training. This portion of training will concentrate on increasing chapter size, member retention, increasing referrals, and dealing with problems.
The dress code is casual. You will need a pencil, one piece of paper, and your BNI Name Badge.
Leadership Teams should also bring your BNI issued briefcase, and BNI black binder. Educational Coordinators should bring the black BNI binder issued to your predecessor.
